WATCH: Meanwhile, Uptown, ‘Sex And The City’ Was One Long Segue

Every time we watch a rerun of “Sex and the City”, we can’t help but wonder just how they manage to fit so many segues into a single episode. You can pretty much count on every scene change being ushered in with a “meanwhile,” “across town,” “later that day,” or “over at Charlotte’s place,” and while the predictability of the writing may be one of the reasons we keep watching the series, it can get to the point where the whole show seems like one long flipbook through characters’ plotlines.

Clearly we aren’t the only ones who think so either, since the folks over at Slacktory put together an epic supercut of segues throughout the seasons.
