Getting ready for a round of media appearances in which you’re basically going to derail a man’s chances at being president by accusing him of sexually inappropriate conduct is no small feat. So when Sharon Bialek got dressed and made up to meet the press yesterday to accuse presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct, she tried not to bring too many frills into the equation.
Bialek wore a simple but tasteful black dress with an asymmetric neckline and a ruffled bodice. At her press conference, with lawyer Gloria Allred standing by her side in all purple everything, Bialek paired the look with a pink lip gloss and glasses covered in rhinestones. Her jewlery tended to black and white crystals, too — and she capped the whole look off with a French manicure.
For a later appearance on Piers Morgan Tonight, Bialek changed the look slightly, leaving off the glasses she needed to read her statement to the press and pulling her pink gloss down to a nude shade.
Bialek is the first woman to publicly speak out about Cain’s inappropiate behavior, and the fourth to accuse him of it overall. Do you think her choices helped her get her point across? Take a look and tell us what you think.
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
