Earlier this week, Target announced that it was collaborating with Kirna Zabête for the second round of The Shops at Target. Now the retailer has revealed that New York’s Odin and San Francisco’s The Curiosity Shoppe have also signed on.
For reference, Odin is a boutique that sells high-end designer duds for dudes and The Curiosity Shoppe sells quirky home goods and crafts. According to Target’s site, Odin will debut men’s clothes and accessories, while The Curiosity Shoppe will launch a 60-piece home goods collection that will include stationery, kitchenware, and games. Both collaborations will launch in stores and online Sept. 9.
It’s interesting that Target is including (at least!) two fancy New York-based boutiques this time around. No New York stores were included in the last flight of shops, and Odin and Kirna Zabête both appeal to a certain kind of downtown shopper. Needless to say, we’re excited about it.
The other two shops will be announced Thursday and Friday.
