Taylor Swift is many things, but a Cosmopolitan girl? We feel like she’d blush just reading the coverlines. Nevertheless, the pop star covers the mag’s December issue, wearing a purple tank and burgundy bandage skirt and apparently falling victim to an overzealous wind machine.
But nevertheless, she still makes good on the very prominent “Sexy” coverline plastered across the front of the glossy, if not so much the one that proclaims her “Crazy For A Kennedy!” See, the magazine hits newsstands November 4, but news broke last week of Swift’s breakup from boyfriend Conor Kennedy. Ah, the drawbacks of print.
In the accompanying article, Taylor talks about (what else?) relationships, revealing what exactly it is that turns her off a guy. Men of Hollywood, Nashville, and beyond, listen up:
I can’t deal with someone wanting to take a relationship backward or needing space or cheating on you. It’s a conscious thing; it’s a common-sense thing. If I was in that situation, if I were them, would I be doing this to me? Would I ever do this to them? If the answer is no, then they’re not treating me fairly. I just don’t ever want to end up in a relationship that isn’t fair ever again.
So now you know. Check out a photo of the cover below, and tell us: will you pick up T. Swift’s Cosmo issue? Or will you wait a couple more months to see what the glossy will look like now that Joanna Coles is at the helm?
