The glamazon convention that is the Venice Film Festival continues!
The all-around best showing goes to the ladies at “The Master” premiere, all of whom looked incredible. They were perfectly styled, and made the red carpet feel more like a runway at a couture show. Laetitia Casta and Olga Sorokina were our favorites, both in light cocktail-length frocks with opulent detailing. For us, the straggler in this super-glam pack was Madisen Beaty. We really really want to love her gown, because it couldn’t have been a better choice for the occasion, but it completely washes her out.
Now for the individual awards! Blake Lively stunned in her shimmery oxblood minidress at the Gucci Premiere fragrance launch. We’re somewhat transfixed by this dress because it is very short and low-cut, and yet manages look utterly classy. We also loved Maika Monroe‘s dramatic Marchesa at the “At Any Price” cocktail party. The worst-dressed of this round up goes (rather shockingly) to Charlotte Casiraghi, who, although tastefully dressed, showed up to the restoration premiere of “The Mattei Affair” in a wrinkled skirt. It happens to the best of us, we suppose.
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
