A peaceful shade of blue washes over the studded leather dress Bundchen wears standing on the ladder to what looks like an empty swimming pool. The image evokes a feeling of what it would be like to be rich and beautiful in the 80s — but that probably has a lot more to do with the fact that, well, this is Versace, than anything else.
The men’s ads are similarly washed out, but no matter how many layers of color overlay you put on an image, you can’t tone down the boldness of Versace’s pattern work. And quite frankly, we wouldn’t want to. Take a look at the campaign, below.
