Vittorio Missoni’s Bag Found On Island

More than a month after the small plane carrying Vittorio Missoni, three companions, and two crew members disappeared off the coast of Venezuela, the Missoni chief executive’s bag has been found on the island of Bonaire, located between Los Roques, the archipelago from which the plane took off, and Curaçao, where another bag from onboard the aircraft was discovered on January 28.

According to WWD, a Missoni spokeswoman today confirmed that the second bag had been found with a tag identifying it as belonging to Vittorio.

While this no doubt narrows down the area in which authorities are searching for the executive, we still have yet to receive an explanation for the numerous cell phone anomalies that last month led the family to suspect kidnapping.
