Agyness Deyn’s Sister Designs For Uniqlo

Agyness Deyn’s little sister Emily Deyn has decided to step away from her sister’s shadow and put herself in her own fashion spotlight.

Last year, Emily and her best friend Aliyah Hussain designed a one-off t-shirt featuring the Queen of England which the duo gave to Agyness as a birthday present. After Aggy wore the top backstage at an Anna Sui show, the shirt gained global recognition. (According to Grazia Daily, even Sui’s kids wanted one.) The pair then created a line of charity  shirts and vests for the Mines Advisory Group, all of which paid homage to the woman Emily Deyn refers to as “the original gangster”. (Yup, she’s talking about the Queen of England. How very hip of her.)

Now, on April 30th, the model’s sister will be debuting a full line of T-shirts and tank tops at Uniqlo, which feature Poloroid pictures of Agyness and Emily doing their favorite New York City things. We anticipate some famous Lower East Side hang outs will be on display.

According to Grazia, the shirts mirror the Deyn sisters’ own hipster chic style. So, if you have a burning desire to wear Agy and Emily across your chest, check out Uniqlo on April 30th. We loved Emily’s Queen tee shirts, but fear that graphic tees with the designer’s face on them may be a little dated.
