The countdown is on for Fashion’s Night Out , and with more than 700 retailers keeping their doors open late tomorrow evening, it can be a little tough to navigate all of the deals. Luckily, we’ve divided the best of the bunch into three major shopping ‘hoods: Meatpacking District , Soho , and Midtown/Upper East Side , so you can plan your night of boozing, celeb-spotting, and retail accordingly.

1. Denim Habit - Meatpacking District
Where: 346 West 14th Street (at 9th Ave.)
Why: We'll be there! Come stop by and say hi!
2. Diane von Furstenberg - Meatpacking District
Where: 874 Washington St. (at 14th St.)
Why: Girls star Alison Williams is hosting, and DvF herself will be on hand to give styling advice while you shop (and dance!) to the musical stylings of Solange Knowles . Do we really need to go on?
3. Scoop and AG Adriano Golschmeid - Meatpacking District
Where: 875 Washington Street (at 14th St.)
Why: Because who doesn't love block parties?! Plus, with music by St. Lucia, an appearance by Zac Posen, and tequila a' flowing, there's something to please everyone.
4. Intermix - Meatpacking District
Where: 812 Washington St. (at Gansevoort)
Why: Jam to The Knocks while getting a complimentary makeover from the lovely folks at Benefit cosmetics.
5. Paige Denim - SoHo
Where: 71 Mercer Street (between Spring and Broome)
Why: Leandra Medine (a.k.a. "The Man Repeller") has designed the windows -- and will be there from 6 to 7PM. Why: It's the iconic department store's 111th birthday!
