Givenchy Responds To Rumors Of An H&M Collaboration

Yesterday we got some very exciting news courtesy of the online rumor mill that Givenchy would be collaborating with H&M for a collection due out in 2013.
Today, however, the French fashion house has told Vogue UK that the story is “false”, while the fast fashion giant has refused comment. That said, might the partnership be indeed in the works? Possibly, but only in its early stages.
H&M creative advisor Margareta Van Den Bosch talked to the Telegraph at the Margiela collaboration launch last month, explaining that they have no plans to push another capsule collection out early next year. “We will not have any [collaborations] for spring [2013],” she told the paper. “We decided to skip it, as we have had so many this year. So it’ll be something for next November.”
Only 339 days to go, then!
