The Gluttony Pant: For When You’re Really Hungry
The situation: You’re on a date. The restaurant is amazing, and despite your greatest efforts to not eat that extra truffle fry, it somehow ends up in your mouth.
All of a sudden, you get that urge you know so well. Your top button needs to be undone. But alas, you’re on a date, and forced to continue, buttoned up and uncomfortable.
That’s where these new khakis come in, designed by Chris Cosentino of The Next Iron Chef fame. Cosentino teamed up with clothing company Betabrand to create the first pair of pants for your overeating troubles.
The Gluttony Pants, which retail for $100, have three different buttons: the piglet, the sow, and the boar, perfect for adjusting the waistband according to your degree of fullness. They come in a dark khaki color and are lined with a maroon printed pattern depicting “the life cycle of a glutton.” And of course, they come with a napkin.
