WATCH: J. Crew’s Trip To Italy Induces Serious Wanderlust

The J. Crew design team (headed up by the lovely Jenna Lyons) recently jetted off to Italy in search of the finest shoes, fabrics and prints. They had director Douglas Keeve (he of Unzipped and Seamless fame) document the whole thing in three installments, the last of which was released this week.

Going behind the scenes with the oh-so-chic designers is a delight, as are the shots of sample after sample of gorgeous fabric. (The shots of the lush Italian countryside aren’t too shabby either.) The heritage aspect is amazing, as well — many of the companies J. Crew works with have been around for generations.
