Kardashian Sisters To Launch Curve-Friendly Clothing Line
UPDATE: Nevermind, the Kardashian’s are doing K-Dash alone. Janie Bryant just tweeted: “Flattered PageSix reports collaboration with the Kardashians; but actually we each have own lines w/ QVC. Don’t forget to tune it for FNO.”
Not only do we love Kim Kardashian’s personality, but we love her body. Which is why we were surprised to hear that she was having some trouble finding an Emmy dress. Yesterday, Kim revealed that her hunt for dress wasn’t going so well. “My stylist Monica has some amazing choices…[but] I haven’t fit into anything yet,” she said.
Yes, her booty is an entity all on its own. But you would think some designers would cater to the curvier Kim, right? Well, instead of waiting around for designers to catch up to her, Kim decided to take matters into her own hands.
Along with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, Kim is teaming up with Mad Men designer and stylist Janie Bryant to create a range of clothes for women with curves bodies. The line, K-Dash, will be shown at QVC‘s Fashion’s Night Out event in New York on September 10th.
And while Kim hasn’t discussed what exactly the clothing will look like, we’re expecting some Hervé Léger-like designs and lots of sexy, form-flattering dresses. Unless, of course, this happens.
