We have more details on Gilt Groupe‘s Lady Gaga sale! For starters, all of the proceeds go to charity! You go, Gags!

So the sale has actually has several components, on both Gilt and Gilt City. There are two fashion sales (one for ladies, one for dudes) curated by Nicola Formichetti, as well as all sorts of “experience” items like going to a Mugler fashion show and VIP tickets to a Gaga concert. Album downloads are also up for grabs, as is a one-of-a-kind Gaga-donned Mugler dress.

The sale starts Friday at noon, and the best part is that all sales benefit the Robin Hood Foundation. And now, please do watch the adorable Formichetti talk Gaga. We would really like to be his friend.
