Would You Pay $1,695 For This Dress?

This azure blue, pleated front, smock-like dress was exclusively designed for Sarah Jessica Parker’s May Vogue cover by Calvin Klein designer Francisco Costa.

However, the dress was somehow deemed such a rousing success (perhaps because SJP is a blonde?) that it will now be available en masse for the ludicrous price of $1,695 at Calvin Klein’s Madison Avenue outpost and at Saks Fifth Avenue’s flagship store in New York.

We’re not going to tell you what to spend your hard-earned money on, but, um, this dress is fugly.
