This is some serious ice to cool you down during the dog days of summer, if you happen to have two grand stuffed under your mattress.

This necklace by Paolo Costagli features five pink oval sapphires of slightly varying colors that create an ombré effect, in between two white sapphires and set in 18kt gold. Forget the ombré hair we’ve been coveting for months — sapphires are forever. It’s major bling that isn’t too chunky for everyday wear, and if only it didn’t cost roughly the same as a month’s rent in Manhattan, we’d be all over it.
