TIME WARP: Supers Reign Supreme In Epic 1995 John Galliano Show

Last week was Dior’s first couture show in 14 years without John Galliano at the helm. And people hated it. The embattled designer is still awaiting sentencing for his public insult trial, though Bernard Arnault has stated Galliano will never work for LVMH again. That is all to say, his future is uncertain, but we do know a thing or two about his professional past.

There is no denying Galliano’s immense talent, and we’ve dug up his old school designs before. Today we take a look at a particularly epic fashion show of his. Galliano presented his spring 1995 collection on a winding runway that included a vintage car, and his duds were modeled by the likes of Kate Moss, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Carla Bruni, and Kristen McMenamy. These girls sure knew how to work it. We seriously wish fashion shows were still this fun and over-the-top.
