We’ll be honest — H&M‘s newest designer collaboration with Italian fashion house Marni sort of snuck up on us. So this morning when we awoke to find the full look book for the collection just sitting in our email inbox, we were more than a little surprised, and a whole lot of delighted.
And that’s because the clothes are just so damn cool. Honestly, we loved Lanvin Hearts H&M and had good technicolored feelings about Versace for H&M, but this Marni collaboration might just be our favorite yet. The clothes don’t look like watered down versions of the Marni clothes we love. They just look like, well, the Marni clothes we love. The house is known for its interesting original prints and its attention to hyper minute details, and from the looks of things, none of that has been sacrificed to make this collection more affordable or easier to produce. And we, of course, just love that.
Take a look at the full women’s look book below. We’ll have the men’s look book — and all of the individual pieces and prices — on the site soon. The collection will be in H&M stores all over the world on March 8.
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
