The line is due to hit shelves on February 10, just shy of Valentine’s Day, and has a fittingly lovey dovey theme. Elle spoke to the designer about creating the collection, and he said that his inspiration came from “a girl’s journey through the different stages of love and the clothes she wears during each milestone — from the initial first crush all the way to the engagement.”
As you might expect, this means you’ll find flirty frocks and romantic ruffled pieces, as well as a range of accessories to take you from a summertime picnic to a night on the town. Prints, always one of Gurung’s strong suits, have cute names like “Meet the Parents” and “First Date”. Even those with advanced cases of collaboration ennui will have to admit that there are some covetable pieces to be had, and at far better prices than Margiela x H&M to boot!

this is some kind of spaceship or something.
