Yesterday when we reported on luxury kids’ fashion, we mentioned that Stella McCartney was debuting her kids’ line next month. Well, we’re excited to tell you that today we have pictures of the adorable collection! According to British Vogue:
Comprising styles for both boys and girls, ranging in age from 0 to 12 years, the designs draw on the designer’s signature modern aesthetic and values with pieces named after childrens’ first names – such as the Ingrid floral print dress and the Sam wool and cashmere blend pea coat.
Have a tyke you want to spoil (or want to squeeze yourself into some of the mini pieces)? The line’s launch date is November 3. Stella plans to design four seasons a year, and The Cut reports that prices range from $26 for a t-shirt to $210 for a coat.
We love the unembedable teaser video, so be sure to check it out at Stella’s site. What we do have, however, are lookbook pictures! Yay! All of the kids are styled in precious yellow wellies (except for the pajama looks), and there seems to be a bit of a Where the Wild Things Are vibe.
The clothes are as cute as you’d expect (certainly not too posh), but we’re a little disappointed she didn’t use a more diverse group of child models. See for yourself below!
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
