Both New York and Paris are considered world fashion capitals, and both cities are near and dear to designer Sophie Theallet‘s heart. But which city is chicest?

I’ll take April in Paris and Autumn in NY. Seriously, they’re sister cities when it comes to chic. Each has its own distinct personality, but each is delightful, witty, pretty, and fun. The younger, NY, has grown up fast in the last 2 centuries, but she’s catching up fast to the older one, who is so soigne.
