PHOTOS: Eva Mendes Is Bananas For Prada!

Back in September, when everyone was declaring Miuccia Prada‘s Spring 2011 collection a “major fashion moment,” we were wondering which starlet would brave the red carpet in a dress covered with bananas. And it turns out, that brave lady is Eva Mendes, who wore a green striped and monkey-patterned dress to a photocall for “The Other Guys” in Madrid.

We’re surprised at how effortlessly Mendes is rocking the dress. Perfectly accessorized with classic black platforms, a natural face, and nary a stich of jewelry, Mendes let the dress shine — and to her benefit.
