On Thursday, Melissa George, Kate Bosworth, Jennifer Connelly, and Leighton Meester all stepped out in style to celebrate The Fashion Group International’s 27th annual Night Of Stars awards.

1.Kate Bosworth

Kate may be the most unpredictable albeit consistently successful style star out there. From boho to Old Hollywood, all-American to crazy contemporary, you never know what you're gonna get -- but you know it'll be good. On Thursday, she wore a neon pink and orange shift frock by Proenza Schouler that we think stole the show.

2.Melissa George

Melissa George doesn't usually make the safest choices when it comes to red carpets, but this two-sided dress is a little too shapeless for our tastes.

3.Jennifer Connelly

It makes sense that Jennifer Connelly wore Balenciaga last night -- after all, she was there to present Nicholas Ghesquiere with his award. What makes less sense is the presto-chango she pulled with this dress. But we love a Balenciago -- and look at her shoes!

4.Leighton Meester

Leighton, at this point, has ladylike dressing down to a tee. On Thursday, she wore a two-tone Giambatista Valli dress straight from the Spring 2011 runway, which she paired with a statement necklace by Van Cleef & Arpels and a clutch and shoes by Ferragamo. Pretty, but we'd like to see a little more spunk from Ms. Meester.
