Another Sunday night, another awards show. This time, the stars came out to celebrate each other at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, where a decidedly safe red carpet provided but a few outstanding ensembles.
It wasn’t that people looked bad, though some certainly did, it’s just that some of our favorite style stars played it a little safe. That said, our picks for best dressed include no less than three first timers to any of our lists — and one stunner of a Carolina Herrera gown.
One can safely say this time unlike the recent Golden Globe awards the catastrophe’s were thankfully in short order this time- well except for that of Helena Bonham Carter who it seems is intent on being the downtrodden anti- hero. Oh well, each to their own.
But Angie Harmon was divine and was simply into a class of her own.
Wow, Most Improved goes to Tina Fey! yes, the flowers on the neckline are pretty bad, but on a whole, she’s never looked better

Yes, Tina Fey looked great–I love her–glad. Glad Helena Carter stepped up too. I try to be open minded, but those two different tennis shoes last time–hmmmmm
