Just when we had begun to entertain the idea that Lindsay Lohan would be wearing her SCRAM bracelet forever, the actress-cum-singer-cum-hot mess went back to court for her probation hearing today. She kept it pretty simple in a black shirt and pants, but her look got us wondering if celebrities ever wore any color to the courthouse. The answer is a resounding no.
