Oh, dear. Mischa Barton went out on Sunday to watch the 1st Annual Veuve Cliquot Polo Classic – a signature summer event from across the pond — and while celebs like Rachel Zoe and Minnie Driver managed to pull off vintage chic style with aplomb, Barton stumbled in her attempt to channel flapper fashion.

Barton paired her drop waist, raggedly hemmed black dress with what appears to be a bejeweled and feathered take on Davy Crocketts raccoon tail hat.
