PHOTO: Whitney Port’s Not-So-Mellow And Very Yellow Dress

If there’s one thing Whitney Port has, it’s her own sense of style. And if there’s another thing Whitney Port has (besides her own clothing line, and MTV reality show, and a mentor named Kelly Cutrone), it’s the guts to take a fashion risk every now and again. And we respect that.

But that said, and, well, with all due respect, what on earth is this yellow dress she wore to Nylon’s Young Hollywood and YouTube Party? (Speaking of which, is it just us or does Nylon have a Young Hollywood party every few weeks?) We probably don’t have to explain to you that mid-calf is an incredibly awkward length, particularly for something cut relatively narrow. And we for sure don’t need to point out that strange, sack-like bulge near her left knee. So, um, yeah. We’ll leave it at that.
