PHOTOS: Teva Stilettos Might Be The Ugliest Shoes Ever

Some of the best designer collaborations come from unexpected pairings, like Reebok’s Basquiat sneakers or Lanvin for H&M (who really saw that one coming?), but that said, there are some things that just aren’t meant to be combined. Like Teva sandals and stiletto heels.

Alas, via New High (M)Art comes the news of a collaboration between Teva and Grey Ant, in which the iconically hideous — if undeniably comfortable and practical — sandals get a new, high-heeled look courtesy of one of fashion’s most forward thinking brands. And while the shoes are still ugly, the advertising images are at least entertaining. Teva heels: the perfect shoe for when you want to wear stilettos while rock climbing/gardening/sitting in a tree.

UPDATE: And we left out the worst / best part! The shoes retail for $330.
