Andrew Mukamal Page 1
Andrew Mukamal may have been the breakout style star of Bravo’s shortlived Kell on Earth, but his style wasn’t always so consistent. In an annotated photodiary for StyleList, Mukamal takes us through his life in outfits, some of which are downright shocking for their banality.
We are sad to announce that Kelly Cutrone is parting ways with her Rick Owens-loving assistant Andrew Mukamal. Apparently Andrew’s role on Kell on Earth made him reevaluate his career goals: namely, he didn’t want to act like an assistant anymore.
Rick Owens will transforming New York City’s Salon 94 for a furniture exhibit inspired by his own home in Paris. According to WWD, the exhibit, titled “Pavane for a Dead Princess,” will include “a low bed and curvilinear headboard cut from Spanish alabaster…a daybed made of wood, bronze and alabaster…[and] a floor-to-ceiling sheared mink curtain.”
Kelly Cutrone and the rest of her People’s Revolution crew must be seriously mourning the loss of their Bravo reality show, “Kell on Earth”, because they’ve taken to the internet to get their fix of fame. After Bravo dragged their feet on giving the show a second season, Cutrone, who doesn’t seem like one to sit around and wait for things to happen, took matters into her own hands and started a YouTube channel, KellyCutroneTV, where you can get “daily missives” from the people of People’s Revolution “served up piping hot.”
It’s hard not to be obsessed with Kelly Cutrone’s assistant, Andrew Mukamal, whose gothic chicness grows on you episode after episode of Kell On Earth. He’s creative, he’s funny, he has insanely cool taste, and now, the reality TV star shows us his room and his clothes via personal style site, StyleLikeU.com.
