Anne Hathaway Page 3
Anne Hathaway is a serious actress. A seriously hysterical one, that is, as the latest guest star on Jimmy Fallon‘s “Let Us Play With Your Look”.
Anne Hathaway appeared on both the Late Show With David Letterman and Live! With Kelly on Thursday to promote her upcoming flicks, so naturally the hosts all asked about her hair.
And what do you know? It sounds highly unappealing.
Anne Hathaway debuted a brand new pixie cut last night while leaving London’s The Box nightclub.
Last night’s premiere of The Iron Lady was a rather restrained affair, at least as far as the red carpet was concerned.
We’re not sure who votes in the Hollywood Film Awards Gala, but it sure made for a delightful red carpet. Elle Fanning debuted a giant braid, Carey Mulligan modeled the definition of an LBD, Emma Stone embraced the roaring ’20s, Amber Heard finally did Roksana Ilincic some justice (remember poor Dianna Agron’s blue abomination at the Emmys?), Anne Hathaway sparkled in Erdem, and Michelle Williams looked a tad overdressed in full-length Nina Ricci.
It’s Rachel and Rodger Berman’s anniversary this week, and he was looking forward to some alone time with his wife since they’re not at Fashion Week this year. Unfortunately, the Oscars and Rachel’s billion other projects have made that impossible.
At today’s London premiere of One Day, Anne Hathaway wore an oddly lengthed Alexander McQueen dress. We would like to discuss it with you.
The September cover of Interview has leaked, and Anne Hathaway is fronting the glossy with lace draped across her face. It’s very, very pretty…but doesn’t it look a tad familiar?
We appreciate and, more importantly, understand a little indecision when it comes to getting dressed. Which is why we completely respect Anne Hathaway for not choosing between two decidedly different looks last night. After all, what better excuse to pull a presto-chango than one’s very own movie premiere?
Paris Couture Week is nothing without parties, and the one model Natalia Vodianova threw at Valentino Garavani‘s Paris home, the Chateau de Wideville. Vodianova and Valentino turned his house into a Russian winter wonderland for her White Fairy Tale Love Ball, which raised money for her organization that helps disadavantaged children, the Naked Heart Foundation. And with two notable exceptions, mostly everyone turned up in dazzling white couture dresses.
Anne Hathaway graces the August cover of Harper’s Bazaar in a red, ruffled, and cleavage-bearing Gucci gown. Inside, she chats with Cathy Horyn about James Franco, eats basil soy protein for lunch, and rebuffs Horyn’s advice to get her toenails painted burgundy.
From Anne Hathaway‘s Academy Award tux to fresh-faced Hailee Steinfeld‘s embellished suit, it seems like women just can’t get enough menswear.
So, we kind of have a thing for glasses here on Styleite, which is why we were over the moon to see Anne Hathaway rock an oversize pair at the Los Angeles premiere of her animated film, Rio. Hathaway paired her specs with a dark purple silk organza dress from Gucci’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection and a pair of matching violet heels.
This week there was enough John Galliano and Lady Gaga news for a million blog posts, but we also managed to get the dirt on the Oscars, the royal wedding and even Iris Apfel.
Though Rachel Zoe is, at this point, as famous for her TV show as she is for being a professional stylist, one thing is for certain: the woman has talent. Tasked with putting together all eight of host Anne Hathaway’s Oscar ensembles (while nine months pregnant, natch), Zoe delivered a veritable fashion feast of custom and vintage gowns by everyone from Tom Ford to Valentino Garavini himself — any of which alone would justify the rumors of her “astronomical” styling fee. But how much does she really charge? And who picked up the Oscar night tab?
Anne Hathaway may have co-hosted Sunday night’s 83rd Annual Academy Awards, but her eight (count ‘em!) outfit changes most definitely stole the show.
Fashion week is upon us, but there’s one front row staple won’t be seen teetering around New York in sky-high heels and armfuls of bangles: Rachel Zoe. The stylist-turned-reality-star-turned-soon-to-be-mom is over seven months pregnant — her baby is due in March — which means she’s sitting tight in Los Angeles, but that doesn’t mean she’s sitting still. For one thing, she’s got Anne Hathaway’s Oscar outfits to figure out and the word on the street is that she doesn’t come cheap.
There are magazine covers and then there are magazine covers, and Vanity Fair‘s March issue one is definitely the latter.
