PHOTOS: Cannes Gets Its Very Own Wardrobe Malfunction

With all the photocalls, red carpets, and windy days on the French Riviera it was bound to happen to somebody. And happen it did, to actress Arta Dobroshi, who had a Marilyn Monroe moment at the photocall for her movie “Trois Mondes” yesterday when she made the unfortunate decision to wear a very flippy skirt on a very blustery day.
