Britney Spears Page 1
Seems like the left coast is never short of summer concert fare, and this weekend was no different with 102.7 KIIS FM’s Wango Tango 2013. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Britney Spears, the event brought together bands like Maroon Five and Fall Out Boy with pop-star appearances including Demi Lovato, Emeli Sandé, and Avril Lavigne. We’re pretty bummed we were 3,000 miles away drowning in stuffy art parties in New York, so let’s vicariously relive the fun with a look at red carpet arrivals.
Many people — most notably, perhaps, ourselves — took issue with one particular aspect of Lucky‘s December cover, which features Britney Spears in what appears to be one very unfortunate wig. Or, of course, one very unfortunate Photoshop job. Well, it looks like the magazine has heard our cries!
Don’t get us wrong — we love Britney Spears! From her good ol’ days as the princess of pop to her comeback, we’re big Brit-Brit fans. That’s why we’re sad to say that the hair she’s sporting on her upcoming December cover of Lucky is not a good look.
Britney Spears nabbed the October cover of Elle, and looks sweet yet fierce in a studded Versace number. The corresponding spread is a mix of tough ensembles, and even includes a cameo from Spears’ fiance Jason Trawick. Oh, and of course Kim Kardashian is involved.
Remember like a year ago when a beauty company tried to separate Britney Spears from millions of her hard-earned money because they thought they’d been unfairly cut out of her perfume earnings? Spears has now settled the matter by paying them off.
Congratulations are in order for pop diva Britney Spears, who last night got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick. The two celebrated their impending nuptials (and Trawick’s 40th birthday) Friday night with a party at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas — and sealed the deal with one mighty shiny rock.
Though “Criminal” is not one of our favorite tracks on Femme Fatale, we love almost everything about Britney Spears‘s latest album. So, cue up the video!
We read all about Hamish Bowles‘s X Factor audition in this month’s Vogue, but nothing beats watching it unfold before your very eyes.
The MTV Video Music Awards are always an excuse for celebs to let a little loose, literally and sartorially. But while some stars definitely went for wacky looks, others played it super safe.
Our unabashed love for Femme Fetale has been well-documented, so we’re sad to report that Britney Spears‘s latest video is truly awful. Brit, why must you tease us so? But clothes! She wears them! Discuss!
This was the week of Cannes, Botox mom, and Lady Gaga. Also, Carla Bruni is probably, definitely pregnant, and Jane Pratt‘s website launched. And, you know, beards!
As you probably know, Britney Spears is in the midst of a comeback. She released Femme Fatale in March, and covered V that same month. Now she’s Harper’s Bazaar‘s June cover girl, and we have some thoughts!
There has not been a song in recent memory that has made us want to dance as much of Britney Spears‘s “Till The World Ends” does. Even the most hardened indie rock snob cannot deny the sheer dancy force of Britney’s latest single. Now the music video for the pop gem is here, and we have fashion thoughts about it.
This week Scott Schuman and Britney Spears got in trouble, Dolce & Gabbana got out of trouble, and Jessica Simpson just got paid. Christian Siriano and Rachel Zoe made headlines, too. Also, Legos!
Pop icon Britney Spears is being sued by a marketing company that says it was cut out of her lucrative fragrance business.
If Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana didn’t pay taxes on over a billion dollars in income, what would they do with that money? Buy a villa? Start a diffusion line? How about invest a few liras into the fourth (or seventh?) comeback of everybody’s favorite pop diva, Britney Spears?
This week there was enough John Galliano and Lady Gaga news for a million blog posts, but we also managed to get the dirt on the Oscars, the royal wedding and even Iris Apfel.
The newest issue of V Magazine hit newsstands today, and singer Britney Spears is all over it. The 29-year-old pop diva is hard at work promoting her new album Femme Fatale, so what better than a magazine cover and spread that features her in all her glory? Or, at least a glory preserved in an amber glow?
Buried somewhere under Sunday’s barrage of Oscar-themed tweets was the following earth-shattering, 140-character revelation shared by fashionable boy about town Derek Blasberg: Mario Testino shot Britney Spears for V magazine’s March issue. The exact word Blasberg used to describe the pairing was “EPIC.” We’re not so sure.
