And in what seems like an attempt to explain it all, Love worked with artist Michael Mouris to create “The Dark Night of the Soul,” a cartoon that follows her metamorphosis. The six-minute film tracks Love’s life from kooky clothes to meetings with Karl Lagerfeld and André Leon Tally to Birkin-ownership and beyond.
