Forever21 is no stranger to trademark infringement lawsuits, but in the past the fast fashion retailer always managed to avoid going to trial over a copying garments from designer labels. But in the case of the print it’s been accused of stealing from an independent, eco-friendly line called Feral Childe, avoiding courtroom drama might not work out so well.
