Hats off to this year’s honorees on Forbes‘ 30 Under 30 list! Every year, the magazine rounds up the brightest stars in fields like media, technology, and finance, and 2012′s selection boasts some very deserving names.
Forbes has released its annual list of the 100 most powerful ladies in the world.
To hear Anna Wintour tell it, her reputation for being an intimidating and demanding boss isn’t so much fact as it is complete and total media fabrication. But that reputation has nevertheless earned the Vogue editor-in-chief a spot on Forbes list of the world’s most powerful women.
There are a lot of things people will pay celebrities to do — Lindsay Lohan’s 18-second commercial for Beezid being a prime example — but you can file this pairing under things we absolutely, never ever in a million years ever thought would happen: Lauren Conrad is Forbes‘ newest contributor.
In the past year, the world’s 10 top-earning models made a combined $112 million. $45 million of that was made by Gisele Bündchen alone.
We would like to take this time to start a rumble with Forbes. We’ve taken issue with their lists before, and we’re going to do it again. How can New York not crack the top 10 (or even top 20!) of the best shopping cities in America?!
