Grammy’s Page 1
No one arrived in an egg at this year’s Grammy Awards, nor did anyone bring a fake Pope as a date, but that’s not to say that there weren’t some WTF moments on the red carpet tonight. Here, in our humble opinion, are the worst of the bunch.
The Grammys are here! As we’ve seen time and time before, this is probably one of the more unpredictable and fun red carpets during award season. We’re seriously hoping that no one will follow those silly wardrobe rules, because really, where’s the fun in that? We’ve got every single look from the red carpet right here, and we’ll be updating throughout the night.
The Grammy Awards Show isn’t known for inspiring conservative dressing in its attendees, but last night’s gala was decidedly less than wild. We’ve culled a few good looks, a few bad ones, and a few from in-between.
This week we went to more fashion shows than we knew was possible, consumed a whole lot of Lady Gaga news and got to see Carine Roitfeld‘s last Vogue Paris cover. We were also privy to the Grammys red carpet, some fancy dogs and Lea T‘s Oprah appearance. So, yeah, it was a pretty great week.
The Academy Of Country Music Awards are a different kind of awards show. The hair is usually bigger and the dresses are most definitely glitzier — at least that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Why expect any different this year, especially considering the awards were held in Vegas? Right? Wrong.
We took the “guilty” out of “guilty pleasure” a long time ago when it comes to Glee. And while fashion is not necessarily something that comes to mind while ruminating on the genius of the show, the cast’s break-out stars have been tearing up the red carpet offscreen, most notably Lea Michele and Dianna Agron. So it comes as no surprise that the ladies would be featured in Glamour’sBest Friends issue.
