If you were neither scared of nor creeped out by international diva supermodel Naomi Campbell before this morning, please prepare to be so affected.
Robert Duffy interviewed Marc Jacobs for the September issue of Interview magazine, and while the photos are unbelievably good, it’s what Jacobs said about the business that really got our attention.
In case you haven’t noticed the brewing excitement, Mad Men’s fourth season debuts in less than a month. Stills have been leaked, promos have been published, and now the Draper family can add one more model to its roster. Kiernan Shipka, the 10-year-old actress who plays daughter Sally Draper, models some of Burberry Prorsum‘s most covetable fall styles in this month’s Interview magazine. And yes, you read that right: she’s 10.
We’re not exactly what one might call big fans of Megan Fox, but maybe that’s because we never really took the time to understand her. Luckily, in her cover story for Interview magazine, Zach Galifianakis got the starlet to talk about the pressures of being so ridiculously hot, young and famous, and about what contributes to her bad-girl image.
Love Daria. But after taking a second glance at the model’s latest steamy spread for Interview Magazine, we can totally see why it’s raising a few eyebrows — not that that’s a rarity in the fashion industry. But the problem, as our friends over at Refinery 29 astutely observed, isn’t merely the Mikael Jansson-lensed editorial’s sexualized take. Rather, as they write: ”From the differences in their dress (Daria’s in ethereal, angel-like gowns, the others are in knits and leathers) to their body language, the whole spread has a rather racist vibe.”
We try and keep as up-to-date as is humanly possible about all the comings and goings of our favorite models –but sometimes even we like to re-read. Especially when it involves something particularly juicy like Danish stunner, Lara Stone’s recent revelation in Interview Magazine that she was a violent drunk. Miss that? You’re not alone.
It seems as though everyone wants to make the cast of the Jersey Shore over — or rather, make them under. But who better to hyperbolize the cast’s taste for the tacky than controversial photographer Terry Richardson? In an upcoming issue of Interview magazine, Richardson shot the boys of the Shore for a spread titled Hard Shore. Some of the most pressing questions of the past year are answered in the interview, including the origin of The Situation’s name, Vinny’s favorite pick up lines, and most importantly, what hair gel Pauly D uses — we’ll give you a hint, it’s not Kerastase.
