Brad Goreski returns to the small screen for more fashion drama, on the second season of his hit Bravo show.
We loved Brad Goreski on The Rachel Zoe Project, faithfully recapped It’s A Brad, Brad World all winter, and follow both him and Gary Janetti on Twitter, so we jumped at the chance to cover his book party, which was hosted by Details and held last night at the Tommy Hilfiger store on 5th Avenue.
Last night saw the season finale of It’s A Brad, Brad World and it was a watershed moment, as in this episode, Brad Goreski finally, finally admits he’s made it! But the best part of the episode was obviously Brad and Gary Janetti’s anniversary party, which included a very big surprise.
Oh, Bravo. I thought we were over this! This episode had the perfect blend of domestic drama, styling, and Brad Goreski and Gary Janetti’s dogs, but it was derailed three quarters of the way through by yet another subplot about Brad’s “struggling” business.
There was just so much to love about last night’s episode of It’s A Brad, Brad World.
Boy, Brad Goreski was busy this week! The show made a welcome return to fashion storylines with Brad styling a sheet for Details’s September issue. The premise of the shoot was, according to Brad, “How to incorporate color into your wardrobe without looking like, well, me.” The show tried to make us think that he might not pull it off, as Details editor Andrea Oliveri objected to some of the clothes and had some styling suggestions of her own, but it all just looked like the normal back and forth people have while collaborating on a creative project. Nice try, Bravo! You almost had us.
We love Brad Goreski but let’s be honest: the man is a crier. And that’s what we love about It’s A Brad, Brad World (and one of the things we loved about The Rachel Zoe Project) — so it makes sense that the producers at Bravo would do anything and everything in their power to up the Tears Per Episode count of the show.
While last week’s episode of It’s A Brad, Brad World was light on fashion and heavy on family issues, this week’s episode was light on fashion and family and very heavy on filler. And Ashton Kutcher.
This week’s episode of It’s a Brad, Brad World was all about family and very light on fashion and styling. In this episode, Brad Goreski’s mom and sister were still in town, and visited Gary Janetti’s parents, sister, and nieces in Queens. Brad and Gary’s parents hadn’t met yet in the course of their ten-year relationship, and there was a bit of hand fluttering and anxiety over how it would go. Luckily, Gary and his Italian family are chatterboxes and Brad’s mom and sister are Canadian, which is basically a recipe for a drama-free meeting.
It’s no secret that Rachel Zoe is no longer Brad Goreski’s biggest fan, but did the star stylist (and fellow Bravolebrity) actually tweet that she wanted his show to fail?
It’s A Brad, Brad World, Brad Goreski’s new show about his travails working as a solo stylist, premiered last night on Bravo. The network is already home to the very successful show The Rachel Zoe Project, which is based on the styling career of Goreski’s former boss and was responsible for his own ascent to fame. His new show understandably has a lot to live up to, and we found five things that could make or break its first season on the air.
Brad Goreski is on a press tour for his new show It’s A Brad, Brad World (which premieres tonight at 10PM on Bravo) and we couldn’t be happier. Goreski and his brightly colored bowties are right up there with Joe Zee on our totally scientific scale of Friendliest People To Interview Awkwardly At Fashion Shows. This morning, he stopped by the Today Show to discuss his styling struggles and newly coined term T.P.E., which is to say: Tears Per Episode.
The premiere of Brad Goreski‘s solo Bravo spinoff, It’s A Brad, Brad World, is less than two weeks away, which means that both the star and the network are in serious publicity mode. Just last week we spoke to Goreski about the show, his career, and his relationship (the details of which you’ll read in all their glory on Thursday), while The Daily Beast had their own chat with Brad about the rift between him and his former boss, Rachel Zoe.
In a new clip from his upcoming show, It’s A Brad, Brad World, Brad Goreski addresses his split from former boss Rachel Zoe and hints at why the pair have not been speaking.
Brad Goreski’s new show, It’s A Brad, Brad World will premiere on Bravo on January 2, but for those of you who need a little Brad in their life before 2012 (which, yes, is only 6 weeks away), we’ve got a sneak peek at what the first season holds.
The Rachel Zoe Project premieres next week and it looks like it’s going to be a doozy. This season may be a little heavy on the babytalk, but there’s certainly no shortage of drama. In a preview clip posted to Bravo, Zoe reveals those rumors of a feud between her and longtime assistant Brad Goreski weren’t exactly off the mark.
