Last night Kanye debuted his short film “Runaway”, and we loved it. We may be unabashed ‘Ye fans, but this was objectively a beautiful little video. When the credits rolled, it was revealed that Phillip Lim collaborated on the wardrobe with noted theater costumer Martin Izquierdo and we loved it even more.

Kanye West knows know to turn it out, so it’s no surprise that the world’s most fashion-conscious rapper looked rather dapper at the New York premiere of his film “Runaway” (and by film, we mean long-form music video that’s been likened to Michael Jackson‘s epic “Thriller”). “Runaway” stars model Selita Ebanks as a phoenix who falls to Earth, only to have Kanye fall in love with her feathered self.
