A source tells People that Kate Middleton has settled on a designer, but that she and Prince William wish to keep said designer’s identity under wraps.

We won’t know all the details about Kate Middleton’s wedding to Prince William until April 29, 2011, but some people are already betting (literally betting, and hundreds of dollars at that) that designer Bruce Oldfield will create Kate’s wedding dress.
