Smash’s Katharine McPhee stepped out Sunday night for NBCUniversal‘s “2013 Winter TCA Tour” in California in a printed hi-low dress with a sheer bodice and sleeves, and black studded sneakers. Well, she’s certainly not the first to choose comfort over fashion.
