Katy Perry Page 2
There was so shortage of star power at last night’s UNICEF Snowflake Ball in New York. Katy Perry, Allison Williams, and even the Bush twins showed up in fancy duds to fête and support the non-profit.
Just in case her left-leaning nail art didn’t quite convince you of who she’ll be voting for this year, Katy Perry took to the stage at a campaign rally for President Barack Obama yesterday in Las Vegas, Nevada rocking a bandage dress resembling a giant ballot. Romney’s box was left blank while the the Obama/Biden ticket was filled in black. We guess including Paul Ryan would’ve required a longer hem.
California got a good dose of star power last night. Sarah Jessica Parker, Kate Hudson, and Katy Perry attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles, while Lindsay Lohan and Kimora Lee Simmons celebrated wellness drink Mr. Pink Ginseng out in Beverly Hills. Okay, so maybe the latter event was filled with B- and C-listers, but at least some showed up in pulled-together outfits!
Pop star Katy Perry is a major fan of nail art, and her digits are always tricked out. But her latest mani may be the best one yet — she’s sporting Daria nails!
Woah, KP! This is a new look. We’ve seen the pop star sport every hair color from bubblegum pink to platinum blonde to not-so-shrinking violet, but this is the first time she’s gone for a ‘do quite this orange. Channeling everyone’s new favorite naked royal Prince Harry, perhaps?
As if starlets don’t catch enough flak from the media over their sartorial decisions, Katy Perry now has a whole new set of wardrobe police to deal with: her insurance company.
‘Tis the season to reveal the September cover girls. The suspense is (kind of) over!
When Katy Perry premiered Part of Me in London earlier this week, she got more than just cheers from her adoring fans.
Last night, young starlets like Selena Gomez and Carly Rae Jepsen attended the premiere of Katy Perry‘s Part of Me in California. Across the pond in London, Nancy Dell’Olio, Laura Bailey, Azealia Banks, and more feted the fancy Serpentine Gallery. Needless to say, they were two very different red carpets with two very different types of celebs.
Time and again, we’ve lamented the Gagafication of the red carpet. Celebs like Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj have copped Lady Gaga‘s steez, and decided to wear insane costumes on the red carpet. It’s boring! It’s lame! Costumes are for the stage! Well, it looks like Perry finally got the memo.
Katy Perry loves Japanese culture, and she chatted with Jimmy Kimmel last night about her somewhat creepy obsession.
California had two star-studded events last night, but one was obviously better since more people showed up on the red carpet — let’s take a peek at all the looks!
The Billboard Music Awards aren’t the biggest of deals when it comes to award shows, but plenty of stars a) attend and b) walk the red carpet in fun things. We’ve compiled all of the looks (both lady looks and dude looks) for your perusal. And we, of course, have thoughts.
Katy Perry showed up at last night’s ASCAP POP Music Awards in Hollywood in a very pretty Temperley London gown. The beaded dress was an elegant departure from her usual shtick, though one of her straps was inexplicably pulled down past her shoulder. What’s a red carpet without some gratuitous boobage?
The first weekend of Coachella is already over, and even though we’re still depressed that we couldn’t jet to California, we can still check out the fashion in all its fringe-y, crop-y, super layered glory from the comforts of our office.
You didn’t think she was going to keep it blue forever, did you?
It took a while, but Katy “Teenage Dream” Perry is finally on the cover of Teen Vogue.
