Last night, Kim Kardashian and her sisters went on Nightline for an interview with Cynthia McFadden to talk boob jobs and Botox. “I’ve tried Botox before,” Kim admitted to McFadden. “That’s the only thing that I’ve done.” But with all of Kim’s recent “all-natural” editorials, we think the reality star is starting to send some seriously mixed messages.

Jessica Simpson swore she went sans makeup for the May cover of Marie Claire, French Elle devoted an entire issue to natural beauty — even Snooki ditched the eyeliner in an issue of In Touch earlier this year. Now Kim Kardashian has jumped on the bandwagon, and for a girl who wears so much makeup all the time, it’s refreshing that she’d agree to let go of it all for a photoshoot in this week’s Life & Style.
