LFW Fall 2013 Page 1
As much as Fashion Month is all about seeing dreamy clothes on the runways in New York, London, Milan, and Paris, it’s also about the lack thereof. For fall 2013, designers sent out topless, bottomless, and downright naked models, and of course, we have it all right here.
Tom Ford and Justin Timberlake are both in the midst of comeback moments of sorts. Last month, JT released “Suit & Tie”, his first single since 2006, and now the singer is prepping for the release of his full-length album and subsequent tour. Today, Ford staged his first full-scale runway show in London since launching his label in 2010. Oh, and did we mention the handsome pair are also collaborating with one another?
Remember how blasé we were about a topless Lily McMenamy walking in Marc Jacobs‘ show last week? Well, British designer Pam Hogg one-upped him with several naked models at her London Fashion Week show.
After months of buzz, Rihanna‘s fashion line for British high street chain River Island made its debut Saturday at London Fashion Week! And, what do you know, it looks ever so Rihanna-ish.
Baauer‘s song ”Harlem Shake” may be a few months old, but “Harlem Shake” (the dance) is just making its rounds on the interwebs. Even models Jourdan Dunn and Cara Delevingne are getting in on it!
Just because we don’t have a few extra Benjamins lying around for a plane ticket doesn’t mean we can’t catch the Burberry fall 2013 show in all its glory. Thanks to our friends at the iconic British brand, we’ve got a front row seat at Christopher Bailey‘s latest collection, and now, so do you! We’re livestreaming the show right here (and on our Facebook page!) at 11 AM EST, so keep this page open because you’re definitely gonna want to watch this.
New York Fashion Week may be over, but London Fashion Week is just beginning. Starting today, we’ll be livestreaming over 20 shows from the fall 2013 collections at Somerset House across the pond. Woohoo!
Is it just us, or does London Fashion Week get better by the season? For Fall 2013, the once-peripheral destination is adding two big designers to its official schedule.
