Christian Louboutin designed a version of the Cinderella glass slippers, but Maison Martin Margiela’s are the real deal. While the Loubs use lace to create the transparent quality, Margiela’s really are made from glass.
Ahh, technology. Despite the six-hour time difference between Paris and New York, we’re still able to watch this afternoon’s Maison Martin Margiela fall 2013 show from the front row. And guess what? — you can, too! We’re streaming the show at 1 PM EST, don’t miss it.
The Maison Martin Margiela collaboration with H&M is easily one of the year’s best, and we mean that from the bottom of our hearts. And now we’ve got our hands on the entire lookbook with prices. Every. Single. Item.
It’s fitting that last night’s global launch party for Maison Martin Margiela‘s coveted collection for H&M would be held at 5 Beekman Street in Lower Manhattan.
