This weekend, the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party returned to the Fountainebleu Miami Beach for a second year of fun, sun, and young blonde pop stars in questionable attire.
The Miss USA Pageant aired last night on NBC, and as always there were two camps of women watching: those that watch in awe and those that watch because they believe it to be train wreck. We were in the camp that couldn’t help but notice the pageant’s ever-shrinking bikinis. Hey girl, if you’ve got it, flaunt it, but we wonder if the bikinis haven’t gradually become a tad revealing?
This morning, former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin appeared on the Today show to tell her side of the Miss USA controversy.
On Monday, Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin claimed that Miss USA 2012 was rigged and subsequently resigned. Monnin alleges that she and a fellow contestant knew the results before they were even announced. Sheena Monnin has resigned from the Miss Universe Organization and given up her crown. Why? She alleges that this year’s Miss USA competition was rigged.

It’s been less than 24 hours since Miss Michigan Rima Fakih won Sunday night’s Miss USA pageant and already there’s a scandal a-brewing. Detroit radio show Mojo In The Morning has posted photos of Fakih competing in their annual Stripper 101 contest in 2007 — which she also won.
Last night, Miss Michigan Rima Fakih made history as the first Arab American to be crowned Miss USA 2010. Now, we’ll be honest, we didn’t watch the pageant, but we did awake to find plenty of buzz surrounding Fakih and an alleged stumble over the train of her evening gown.
