Missoni for Target is still for sale, folks! Confusing, we know.
For those of you who had written off Target’s Missoni collection as one of the most poorly executed collaborations of all time, there’s good news ahead! Those long forsaken orders may in fact get filled — and for free!
Target announced today that Steve Eastman, president of Target.com, would be leaving to “pursue other opportunities.” Does that mean he was fired because of numerous the website crashes that happened under his watch while the Missoni x Target collection was on sale?
This was the week of Emmy style, London runway shows, and tons of Lara Stone magazine covers. We attended Tony Bennett‘s 85th birthday party and investigated the Walmart cheer. We also thought a whole lot about the Missoni for Target mess.

This week saw the start of the Week of Fashion. We chatted up tons of celebs during Fashion’s Night Out, witnessed some backstage drama, and took in some stellar shows. This was also the week Karl Lagerfeld said many silly things and Lauren Bush added another Lauren to her name. But most notably, we saw Courtney Love perform live…!

Since she cuts such an eye-catching figure, we chatted with Marina about her trip to New York, her plans for fashion week, and how she decides what she’s going to wear each morning. Last night, the long-awaited Missoni collection for Target made its glorious debut in New York City. Style stars like Elizabeth Olsen, Rachel Zoe, and Doutzen Kroes all turned out to shop the line — and for some unexplained reason they all turned out in a myriad of rainbow-colored, zig-zag stripes.
