Which is why we thought we’d check in with one guy who does New Year’s for a living: Fox News’ Bill Hemmer. We chatted with the anchor about his hosting prep, whether it takes him or Megyn Kelly longer to get ready, and why Australian-made rubber soles are so very important.

Whatever you did for New Year’s Eve, it probably wasn’t as star-studded or super swanky as the Marquee bash at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. The guest list included Blake Lively, Alexander Wang and Beyoncé. Jay-Z and Kanye performed. Rihanna was there. We, sadly, were not. The next best thing? Seeing what everyone wore the day after!
