The Parents Television Council has spoken out against Toddlers and Tiaras for featuring a little girl dressed up like Julia Roberts lovable prostitute in Pretty Woman. But the mother of that child says the TLC show left out footage of her little girl in much tamer costumes.

First there was the Madonna cone bra costume, then Dolly Parton (complete with fake breasts and butt padding), and now the TLC reality show, “Toddlers & Tiaras” has officially outdone itself by featuring a three-year-old dressed up in Julia Roberts’ iconic prostitute costume from Pretty Woman.
