Jourdan Dunn Wants Stylists To ‘Learn How To Do Black Hair’
We complain tirelessly about the lack of diversity in fashion. But could that lack be something we have to deal with because makeup artists and hair stylists don’t know what to do with models who aren’t white? Supermodel Jourdan Dunn seems to think that might be the case.
The Depressing Reality Of Model Search Contests
We’ve always thought that hometown mall model searches and their big-city, high production counterparts were kind of unnecessary and foolish. As it turns out, the modeling industry hosts these events mostly so that its agents can network, riding on the coattails of young girls’ dreams and insecurities all the way to the bank.

With tweets, posts, and news of fashion week already pouring in, we here at Styleite are drowning in anticipation of the upcoming shows.
